Ugly Mugs makes its apps available in numerous countries other than the UK and Ireland. This is because we understand many of our members do not permanently live in the UK or Ireland and thus their phones are registered in other countries like France or Germany so they need to be able to download the Ugly Mugs app in the Apple/Google stores of those countries. However you will not be able to download Ugly Mugs through the Apple/Google app stores if your phone is registered to a country outside of the geographic area we support.
